What if…we approached each day with a joyful attitude!

Today’s gratitude challenge is short and sweet (and hopefully one you can keep up for longer than a day – but let’s begin with just one day at a time).

Just for one day, start the day by leaping out of bed joyously shouting ‘Today is the best day of my life!” Yes I mean that dramatic! Shout it out!

At the end the day humbly whisper before you turn off your light to go to sleep, ‘Today was the best day of my life.”

It’s so easy to get caught up in trials and tribulations. I suggest by approaching life with this mindset, you will begin to see all the blessings that surround you.
