By It’s been raining like crazy today…which made me think of this unusual gratitude challenge. I don’t know that any of us have ever thought about being grateful for towels… so let’s pause for a moment and think of how towels make our lives better in small and big ways.
Cleaning up a little spill with your pick-a-size paper towels? thank you, towel for not judging my clumsiness! and thank you for taking care of that mess!
In today’s rainy debacle, rain came into my house from a window above my door…not sure how or why…I’m working on those answers. But in the mean time, I’ve got some water to clean up. I am incredibly thankful for the kitchen towels I have that helped absorb all the mess. They also acted as a shim to level the bucket also catching the water as it fell.
And if you’ve ever washed a dog and NOT had a towel ready, then you are highly aware and grateful when you are prepared.
There’s nothing quite as lovely as a warm from the dryer wrapped around your body when you are cold and wet.
So be grateful for this hidden gem.
