Here’s the second part in the series…and a decidedly harder challenge. Can you be grateful for high humidity? Yes it can do a number on your hair and can make you feel like you’re dripping wet. But this challenge is about gratitude. So let’s try…

Without high humidity, you wouldn’t know how pleasant it was to experience low or normal humidity. Well, that is a start in the right direction!

I do love the dewy complexion that occurs with a higher level of humidity. Humidity is very kind to your skin. Just think about when you get a facial – one of the first steps is to steam your face to open up your pores and release toxins. Next time you’re experiencing a steamy day, consider it a free facial!

There are lots of other benefits, especially for those with respiratory issues.

See how easy it is to turn around your attitude?

I would be remiss if I didn’t post a picture of Monica from friends, when her hair had a…strong reaction to the humidity of the islands.

And some fun pictures of foggy places I’ve been to, which sort of capture what humidity looks like.
