I have a smile on my face this morning because for the first time since January I’ve slept through the night! According to my sleep app, last night I slept for 6 hours, 49 minutes. The night before 7 hours, 10 minutes. Yahoo! I am thrilled to be getting closer to that recommended sleep number.

It’s about quality and quantity. I’m closer on both and I can tell by the way I’ve felt the last two days that I need my beauty sleep. Feeling rested greatly impacts my outlook on life (and my appearance).

Right now I feel I can take on the day! Hooray for sleep!
