By Today’s challenge is very specific, isn’t it?
I was at Marshall’s the other day and found some All-Clad baking sheets for a steal. I grabbed two and practically ran to the check out.
I love the versatility of baking sheets. My HelloFresh meal kits have me using them all the time for roasting veggies. I am a baker so I use them for cookies…but because they have a ridge, they can be used for other fun things too, such as homemade granola or jelly rolls.
And this sheet in particular – withstands heat up to 450ºF! WHAT! I have some Food Network sheets that warped at 400º or 425º. I almost hate to break my new sheets in because they’re so nice and clean and pretty.
Today’s challenge, look at your kitchen with grateful eyes and think how wonderful it is to have sturdy baking sheets.
