This challenge is a tad on the random side…but to be successful at gratitude means we need to be grateful for seemingly mundane/meaningless things. More eloquently said… It’s easy to be grateful for the good things in your life, but you stretch yourself when you be grateful for the every day items.

I don’t know anything about the history of scissors, so of course I had to google that. Wikipedia has a page dedicated to them…who knew?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scissors

There is more than you’d ever care to know about scissors on that page…and I am fascinated! This tool has been around in some capacity for 3,000 to 4,000 years! How did our ancestors ever think to take two knives and solder them together?

Any way – I’m grateful for scissors. It is near impossible to cut tags off clothing, cut out shapes, cut hair with out them.

Just don’t run with them!
