In 2014, I hired Nancy Izlar to make the townhome my home. My instructions were simple: I needed a place of peace. My job was stressful. I was going through a divorce that was stressful. I told her I wanted to walk in the door and feel any and all negativity melt away. And she delivered.
Every day I walk in the door and smile. I know my townhome is too big for me and Mavis. But it is our home. And it brings me peace. I’m grateful for that.
